海岛生态文明建设的路径探析——以长山群岛为例

摘　　要：长山群岛位于辽东半岛东侧的黄海北部海域,既是我国黄海的最大岛群,也是重要的渔业基地。本文结合长山群岛生态文明建设存在的问题,分析其生态文明建设的制约因素和实践路径,以推进我国海岛生态文明建设,实现高质量发展。当前,长山群岛养殖业污染严重,固体废物和废水没有得到妥善处理,海岸线开发过度。因此,要促进经济发展绿色转型,加强生态环境保护与修复,完善海岛生态法律法规体系,提高居民和游客的生态文明意识。The Changshan Islands are located in the northern part of the Yellow Sea on the east side of the Liaodong Peninsula,which are not only the largest island group in China's Yellow Sea,but also an important fishing base.Based on the existing problems in the ecological civilization construction of the Changshan Islands,this paper analyzes the constraints and practical paths of its ecological civilization construction,in order to promote the ecological civilization construction of China's islands and achieve high-quality development.Currently,the aquaculture industry in the Changshan Islands is severely polluted,with solid waste and wastewater not properly treated,and the coastline is overexploited.Therefore,it is necessary to promote green transformation of economic development,strengthen ecological environment protection and restoration,improve the legal and regulatory system of island ecology,and enhance the ecological civilization awareness of residents and tourists.
