Taking Aspergillus niger and Penicillium citrinum as examples, the internet of things system was used to monitor the temperature, humidity and oxygen concentration of the incubator, and the influences of oxygen concentration on the growth of A.niger and P.citrinum were preliminarily studied.Through the preliminary study,it was found that the minimum oxygen concentration required for the growth of A.niger should be 0.7%when the temperature was(28±1)℃,the humidity was 60%-80%,and the culture lasted for 7 days.High concentration oxygen could satisfy its aerobic metabolism and make its growth and development reach saturation state, while low concentration oxygen could not satisfy its aerobic metabolism and cause insufficient growth and development. The metabolic activity of A.niger stopped when the oxygen concentration in the system was as low as 0.7%.The growth of P.citrinum was similar to the above rule in oxygen concentration. The study on the rule of the growth of common molds on silk cultural relics and the oxygen concentration and the oxygen concentration threshold provided the theoretical basis for the preservation of silk cultural relics and the development and design of its devices.
