摘 要:根据数字乡村的内涵与特征,构建了数字乡村发展评价指标体系。该体系包含数字乡村环境、乡村数字经济、农业科技创新供给、乡村数字治理、农业信息服务5项一级评价指标和11项二级评价指标。应用熵权法构建评价模型,对重庆市5个数字乡村试点区县的发展水平进行了测算和评价。结果表明,5个试点区县数字乡村发展水平总体差异性不大,在数字乡村发展的不同方面各有优势和特点。最后,根据制约数字乡村发展的因素,提出对策建议。According to the connotation and characteristics of digital village,an evaluation index system for digital village development was constructed.The system included five first-level evaluation indicators and 11 second-level evaluation indicators,including digital rural environment,rural digital economy,agricultural technology innovation supply,rural digital governance and agricultural information services.The entropy weight method was used to construct an evaluation model,and the development level of five digital village pilot districts and counties in Chongqing was calculated and evaluated.The research results showed that the overall level of digital village development in the five pilot districts and counties was not very different,and each had its own advantages and characteristics in different aspects of digital village development.Finally,according to the factors restricting the development of digital villages,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
