植物活性物质皂苷的专利布局与发展态势分析

摘  要:利用incoPat专利检索平台和Excel分析工具,对国内植物活性物质皂苷专利技术申请态势、地域分布、重要申请人情况、IPC分布及产业的布局情况进行了相关数据的采集和分析。结果表明,国内皂苷类物质领域核心技术专利申请量主要集中在江苏、广东、山东、吉林、北京和云南等省市。研究的领域主要集中在A61K、A61P和C07J等方面,关于白头翁皂苷、常春藤皂苷、薯蓣皂苷、柴胡皂苷、黄芪皂苷、芦笋皂苷、海参皂苷、无患子皂苷和大豆皂苷等研究以及共轭亚油酸、三萜皂苷类、甾体皂苷、糖基转移酶等成分研究和皮肤外用剂、皂苷类引气剂等产品研究方面为研究的热点领域,为促进皂苷产业的技术发展和布局等提供参考。incoPat patent search platform and Excel analysis tools were used to collect and analyze the relevant data of patent application situation,regional distribution,important applicants,IPC distribution and industry distribution of domestic plant active substance saponins.The results showed that the number of core technology patent applications in the field of saponins mainly concentrated in Jiangsu,Guangdong,Shandong,Jilin,Beijing,Yunnan and other provinces and cities.The research fields mainly focused on A61K,A61P and C07J,etc.The research on pulsatilla saponins,ivy saponins,Chinese yam saponins,radix bupleuri saponins,astragalus membranaceus saponins,asparagus saponins,sea cucumber saponins,sapindus saponins,soybean saponins,conjugated linoleic acid,triterpenoid saponins,steroidal saponins,glycotransferase and other components were the hot fields of research,as well as skin topical agents,saponins air entraining agents and other products.It could provide reference for promoting the technical development and distribution of saponin industry.
