摘 要:分析已有接地故障定位方法,总结存在的问题和难点,定性和定量分析结果表明:当单相接地故障发生时,故障点上游和下游两个测试点的暂态零序电流不同,但其暂态零序电流在同一侧的测试点上是相近的;在故障点的上行检测点,该暂态零序电流的极性与该暂态零序电压的极性不同;在故障点的下游测试点中,具有与暂态零序电压同极性的暂态零序电流。在此基础上,将每一个测点处的暂态零序电压和暂态零序电流分别作为区间定位法的输入量,结合矩阵算法,实现了配电网单相接地误差的精确定位。This article analyzed existing methods for locating grounding faults,summarized the existing problems and difficulties.After qualitative and quantitative analysis,the results indicate that when a single-phase ground fault occurs,the transient zero sequence current at the upstream and downstream test points of the fault point is different,but their transient zero sequence current is similar at the same test point on the same side;at the upstream detection point of the fault point,the polarity of the transient zero sequence current is different from that of the transient zero sequence voltage.At the downstream test point of the fault point,there is a transient zero sequence current with the same polarity as the transient zero sequence voltage.On this basis,the transient zero sequence voltage and transient zero sequence current at each measurement point are used as inputs for the interval positioning method,by combining matrix algorithms,precise positioning of single-phase grounding errors in distribution networks can be achieved.
