摘 要:电气设备的运行环境比较复杂,导致电源频率出现较大的波动。为了有效控制电气设备的电源频率,提出一种以单片机技术为基础的电源频率控制方法。利用误差传感器采集电气设备运行时的电源频率信号,最小化电源频率控制的辐射功率。通过计算电源频率的控制功率,分析电源频率控制过程的功率相关性。利用单片机技术的微控制原理,分析电源频率的传播量,实现电源频率的有效控制。实验结果表明,所提方法可以将电源频率的控制效率提高到90%以上,从而避免电源频率出现较大的波动。Considering that the operating environment of electrical equipment is complex,which leads to great fluctuation of power frequency,in order to effectively control the power frequency of electrical equipment,a power frequency control method based on single chip microcomputer technology is proposed.The error sensor is used to collect the power frequency signal when the electrical equipment is running,so as to minimize the radiation power controlled by the power frequency.By calculating the control power of power supply frequency,the power correlation of power supply frequency control process is analyzed.Based on the micro-control principle of single chip microcomputer technology,the spread of power frequency is analyzed to realize effective control of power frequency.The experimental results show that the control efficiency of power frequency can be improved to more than 90%by the method proposed in this paper,thus avoiding large fluctuation of power frequency.
