摘  要:为解决二次回路绝缘电阻测试线芯多、工作量大的问题,提出一种基于中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)+控制器局域网络(Controller Area Network,CAN)总线的二次回路多芯电缆绝缘智能测试方案。先设计了二次回路绝缘测试装置的硬件部分,测量回路采用Wheatstone电桥电路,其中通信测量部分通过CAN总线完成。然后在编译软件Visual C++6.0(简称VC)平台下完成二次回路绝缘测试装置的软件模块设计,最后进行测试,对二次回路绝缘电阻进行测量,并与摇表测量结果进行对比。经验证,使用该方法对二次回路绝缘电阻测量有较高的准确性。In order to solve the problem of many cores and heavy workload in secondary circuit insulation resistance test,an intelligent test scheme of secondary circuit multi-core cable insulation based on Central Processing Unit(CPU)and Controller Area Network(CAN)bus is proposed.Firstly,the hardware part of the secondary circuit insulation test device is designed.The measuring circuit adopts Wheatstone bridge circuit,and the communication measurement part is completed through CAN bus.Then,the software module design of the secondary circuit insulation testing device is completed under the compiling software Visual C++6.0(VC for short).Finally,the secondary circuit insulation resistance is measured and compared with the measurement results of shaking table.It is verified that this method has high accuracy for measuring the insulation resistance of the secondary circuit.
