摘　　要：在变电站运行中,由远动机死机造成的通信故障时常发生,针对此类问题,提出一种利用电话线路远程控制远动机电源的方法。该方法利用电话线路中规律的振铃信号,结合MSP430单片机内置高精度定时器对振铃信号进行捕获、计算、计时,发出控制信号,实现远动机等通信管理设备掉电重启。该方法解决了远动机重启周期较长、通道恢复较慢、暂时失去对变电站的监护、操作等问题,具有较好的有效性。In the operation of substation,communication failures often occur due to the crash of remote machine.Aiming at such problems,this paper puts forward a method to remotely control the power supply of remote machine by using telephone lines.This method uses the regular ringing signal in the telephone line,and combines with the built-in high-precision timer of MSP430 single chip microcomputer to capture,calculate and time the ringing signal,and sends out the control signal to realize the power-off restart of communication management equipment such as remote machine.This method solves the problems of long restart period,slow channel recovery and temporary loss of monitoring and operation of substation,and has good effectiveness.
