摘 要:为助推能源绿色低碳转型,进一步挖掘西津水电站调节潜力,笔者基于郁江流域防洪体系建设和西津水电站历年调度运行情况,通过预报调度法和预泄能力约束法分析提出汛期控制运行水位调整方案,并对调度方案带来的影响、风险和效益进行分析。结果表明,方案具有可操作性,风险可控,同时有一定发电效益,可为西津水电站汛期精细化调度提供参考。In order to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of energy and further tap the regulation potential of Xijin Hydropower Station,based on the construction of flood control system in Yujiang River Basin and the dispatching operation of Xijin Hydropower Station over the years,the water level adjustment scheme of flood season control operation is put forward by means of forecast dispatching method and pre-discharge capacity constraint method,and the impact,risk and benefit of dispatching scheme are analyzed.The results show that the scheme is operable,the risk is controllable,and there is a certain power generation benefit,which can provide reference for the fine scheduling of Xijin Hydropower Station in flood season.
