发电厂房流道模板施工技术研究及应用

摘　　要：温寨航电枢纽工程发电厂房流道具有体形复杂、施工难度大、外观质量要求高等特点,需要设计一种工艺简单、轻便易拼装、刚度和强度等技术指标均满足要求的流道模板以便施工。笔者结合发电厂房流道的特点对流道模板进行研究,详细阐述模板设计、受力计算、制作工艺及安装等,总结出一套钢结构模板在流道结构中的施工技术。该套模板施工技术已成功应用并取得了良好效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴。The flow channel of the power house of W enzhai navigation-power junction project has the characteristics of complex shape,difficult construction and high appearance quality requirements.It is necessary to design a flow channel formwork with simple process,easy assembly,stiffness and strength to meet the requirements for construction.Based on the characteristics of the flow channel of the power house,the author studies the flow channel formwork,elaborates the design,force calculation,production process and installation of the formwork,and summarizes a set of construction technology for steel structure formwork in the flow channel structure.This set o formwork construction technology has been successfully applied and achieved good results,which can provide reference for similar projects.
