摘  要:针对抽水蓄能电站背靠背启动流程是采用先合被拖动机组断路器再分主动机组断路器,还是采用先分主动机组断路器再合被拖动机组断路器并网,两台机组与电网在发电电动机电压回路并联运行时的短路电流到底有多大等方面存在模糊不清的认识,笔者通过对抽水蓄能电站运行单位、设计单位、设备供应单位进行调研,并对各工况下的三相短路电流进行计算分析,总结提出抽水蓄能电站启动流程和三相短路电流计算方式的建议,值得推广应用。In the back to back startup process of pumped storage power station,whether the circuit breaker of the driven unit is closed first and then the circuit breaker of the active unit is separated,or the circuit breaker of the active unit is closed first and then the circuit breaker of the driven unit is connected to the grid,and the short-circuit current of the two units and the power grid when the voltage loop of the generator motor is in parallel operation are ambiguous.The authors investigate the operation unit,design unit and equipment supply unit of pumped storage power station,calculate and analyze the three-phase short-circuit current under various working conditions,summarize and put forward the start-up process of pumped storage power station and the calculation method of three-phase short-circuit current,which is worthy of popularization and application.
