摘  要:火力发电厂中采用的水源接近于低浊的水库水,在水处理设计中一直容易被忽视,特别是广西水库多,其水质相对河水浊度低,导致部分电厂水处理能力不达标。以广西某电厂为例,结合该电厂一期工程水处理存在的问题及二期工程场地所限,采用了ACTIFLO高速沉淀池工艺进行水处理,取得了良好的效果。笔者阐述ACTIFLO高速沉淀池的工艺原理、相关设计参数和运行情况,总结出设计运行注意事项,为该工艺在类似工程中的应用提供借鉴。The water source used in thermal power plants is close to the low turbidity reservoir water,which has been easily neglected in the design of water treatment.In particular,there are many reservoirs in Guangxi,and their water turbidity is lower than that of river water,resulting in the water treatment capacity of some power plants is not up to standard.Taking a power plant in Guangxi as an example,combined with the problems existing in the water treatment of the first phase of the power plant and the limitation of the second phase of the project site,the ACTIFLO high speed sedimentation tank process was used for water treatment,and good results were achieved.The authors expound the process principle,related design parameters and operation of ACTIFLO high speed sedimentation tank,and summarize the matters needing attention in design and operation,which provides reference for the application of this process in similar projects.
