摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加地顶孢霉培养物(ATC)和酵母培养物(YC)对湖羊母羊泌乳性能、营养物质表观消化率和羔羊生长性能的影响。选择体重[(46.68±5.22)kg]接近、胎次一致以及健康状况良好的妊娠后期(妊娠约80 d)湖羊母羊45只,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只母羊。对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮的基础上添加9 g/(d·只)ATC(ATC组)和20 g/(d·只)YC(YC组)。预试期10 d,正试期105 d(包括妊娠期60 d,哺乳期45 d)。结果表明:1)与CON组相比,饲粮添加ATC和YC对母羊妊娠第90~145天平均日采食量均无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著提高了妊娠第90~110天(ATC组除外)和第111~130天平均日采食量(P<0.05),同时显著提高了泌乳期第1~45天平均日采食量(P<0.05)。2)与CON组相比,饲粮添加ATC和YC对母羊妊娠期和哺乳期体重均无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)与CON组相比,ATC组母羊在产后第15天(P=0.076)和第45天(P=0.078)泌乳量均有升高的趋势。4)与CON组相比,饲粮添加ATC和YC对母羊妊娠期和哺乳期有机物、干物质和粗蛋白质等营养物质表观消化率均无显著影响(P>0.05),但有提高妊娠期(P=0.055)和哺乳期(P=0.071)粗脂肪表观消化率的趋势;同时,与CON组和YC组相比,ATC组母羊哺乳期酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05)。5)与CON组相比,母羊饲粮添加ATC和YC对羔羊初生重、30日龄体重和45日龄断奶体重均无显著影响(P>0.05),有提高羔羊哺乳期(1~45日龄)平均日增重的趋势(P=0.061)。综上所述,饲粮添加ATC和YC均能提高湖羊母羊妊娠后期和哺乳期干物质采食量,并减缓哺乳期第16~30天泌乳量的下降速度,其中饲粮添加ATC可一定程度上改善母羊泌乳期(第1~45天)总泌乳量和平均日泌乳量,饲粮添加YC可促进母羊产后体况恢复,但两者对羔羊生长性能均无显著作用。综合来看,湖羊母羊饲粮中添加ATC的应用效果略优于YC。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary Acremonium terricola culture(ATC)and yeast culture(YC)on lactation performance,nutrient apparent digestibility of Hu ewes and growth performance of lambs.Forty-five healthy Hu ewes with similar body weight of(46.68±5.22)kg and consistent parity in the late pregnancy(about 80 days of pregnancy)were selected and randomly assigned into 3 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 5 ewes in each replicate.The control group(CON group)was fed a basal diet,and the experimental groups were either supplemented with 9 g/(d·head)ATC(ATC group)or 20 g/(d·head)YC(YC group)based on the basal diet.The adaptation period was 10 days,and the experimental period was 105 days including 60 days of pregnancy and 45 days of lactation.The results showed as follows:1)compared with CON group,dietary ATC and YC had no significant effects on the average daily feed intake of ewes on days 90 to 145 in pregnancy(P>0.05),but significantly increased the average daily feed intake on days 90 to 110(except for ATC group)and days 111 to 130 days in pregnancy(P<0.05),and significantly increased the average daily feed intake on days 1 to 45 in lactation(P<0.05).2)Compared with CON group,dietary ATC and YC had no significant effects on body weight of ewes in pregnancy and lactation(P>0.05).3)Compared with CON group,the milk yield of ewes in ATC group tended to be increased on day 15(P=0.076)and day 45(P=0.078)after delivery.4)Compared with CON group,dietary ATC and YC had no significant effects on the apparent digestibility of organic matter,dry matter and crude protein in pregnancy and lactation(P>0.05),but tended to increase the apparent digestibility of ether extract in pregnancy(P=0.055)and lactation(P=0.071);meanwhile,compared with CON and YC groups,the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber in ATC group in lactation was significantly increased(P<0.05).5)Compared with CON group,dietary ATC and YC had no significant effects on birth weight,body weight at 30 days of age and wea
