摘  要:水密角焊缝充气试验工艺,是目前钢船建造中一个比较先进的检验焊缝密性的工艺方法,能够有效提高钢船建造生产效率和分段涂装完整性,缩短船舶整体建造周期。但是任何事物均有其两面性,本文着重分析水密角焊缝气密试验的优缺点,客观阐述了船企需要具备何种条件才能采用,如何避免因船企自身条件不适宜而出现弊大于利的效果而造成损失。The inflatable test technology of watertight fillet weld is an advanced method to check the weld tightness in the construction of steel ships at present,which can effectively improve the production efficiency of steel ships and the integrity of sectional painting,and greatly shorten the overall construction period of ships.However,everything has two sides.Therefore,this paper focuses on a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the airtight test of watertight fillet welds,and objectively expounds what conditions shipbuilding enterprises need to have before they can adopt it,and how to avoid the effects of doing more harm than good and causing losses because of the unsuitable conditions of shipbuilding enterprises.
