摘 要:针对我司船体建造小中组阶段采用人工经验方法制定工时定额及执行《钢质船体制造工时定额》工时定额标准存在的问题,在划分任务包的基础上,提出了以船体设计零件装配表或焊缝信息物量表为数据来源核算工时定额,并通过实际应用和数据采集,与核算工时定额进行对比分析,建立符合小中组阶段工时定额的计算方法及实船应用,解决了以往船体建造工时定额算法工作效率低的问题,为船体小中组阶段工时定额的算法提供借鉴。In response to the issue of using manual experience methods to formulate work hour quotas or implementing work hour quota standards such as standard Steel Hull Manufacturing Work Hour Quota during the small and medium-sized stages of our factory's hull construction,and based on the division of task packages,we propose using the hull design parts assembly table or welding seam information quantity table as data sources to calculate the quota work hours,and through on-site practical application and data collection,and by comparing and analyzing with the calculation of fixed working hours,a practical ship application that conforms to the calculation method of fixed working hours in small and medium group stages has been established,which solves the problem of low efficiency in previous ship construction working hour quota algorithms.Provide reference for the algorithm application of fixed working hours in the small&medium group stage of shipyards'hull.
