摘 要:针对10 kV供电系统单相接地故障电流小且故障电流变化不明显,导致单相接地故障判别准确率不高,且缺乏故障隔离,恢复未故障区域供电自愈手段等问题,提出了利用线路上相电流基波幅值的方差值与阈值的大小关系作为判据,在零序电压、电流信号缺失且配电网发生金属性接地故障时,实现了可就地判断故障点位置,同时对线路多个位置配电网自动化终端设备的分析结果进行综合比对,就地完成单位接地故障选线,并能自动隔离线路故障区域,解决线路单相接地故障区域定位问题。仿真结果表明了该方法的正确性和优越性。In response to the low single-phase grounding fault current and insignificant changes in fault current in the 10 kV power supply system,the accuracy of single-phase grounding fault identification is not high,and there is a lack of fault isolation and self-healing methods for restoring power supply to non fault areas.This article proposes using the relationship between the variance value of the fundamental wave amplitude of the phase current on the line and the threshold value as a criterion.When zero sequence voltage and current signals are missing and metal grounding faults occur in the distribution network,it is possible to determine the location of the fault point on site.At the same time,comprehensive comparison is conducted on the analysis results of distribution network automation terminal equipment at multiple locations on the line,and unit grounding fault line selection is completed on site.It can automatically isolate the fault area of the line and solve the problem of locating single-phase grounding fault areas on the line.The simulation results demonstrate the correctness and superiority of this method.
