摘 要:针对供热机组热电耦合、深度调峰能力差的问题,对某台超临界350 MW机组进行汽轮机旁路改造。分析改造方案及经济性,并进行了改造后的性能试验。结果表明:在热负荷基本相同时,汽轮机高、低压旁路和抽汽联合供热比抽汽供热方式机组出力减少70.82 MW(出力降到30%),热耗率增加1277.44 kJ/kWh,发电煤耗率增加50.04 g/kWh,标准耗煤量减少13.96 t/h。In response to the problem of thermoelectric coupling and poor deep peak shaving capacity of heating units,a steam turbine bypass renovation was carried out on a certain supercritical 350 MW unit.Analyzed the renovation plan and its economy,and conducted performance tests after the renovation.The results show that when the heat load is basically the same,the output of the steam turbine's high and low pressure bypass and extraction combined heating method is reduced by 70.82 MW(output drops to 30%),the heat rate is increased by 1277.44 kJ/kWh,the power generation coal consumption is increased by 50.04 g/kWh,and the standard coal consumption is reduced by 13.96 t/h compared to the extraction heating method.
