摘  要:为解决高墩连续刚构边跨现浇段浇筑时产生的不平衡弯矩问题,需要制定高墩连续刚构边跨现浇段预应力配重技术方案,以交界墩为支点,在边跨现浇段对侧设置竖向预应力筋,通过控制预应力大小来抵消不平衡弯矩。本文以黄蒲高速洛河特大桥为工程背景,竖向预应力筋上端锚固在墩顶,下端锚固在桥墩承台,现浇段浇筑过程中的重量变化,基于力矩平衡的原则计算需要对称施加的预应力,然后通过分步张拉预应力来平衡边跨混凝土浇筑的不平衡弯矩。该技术在现场成功应用,保障了施工安全,对同类桥梁施工有一定的工程借鉴价值。In order to solve the unbalanced bending moment problem generated during the pouring of the cast-in-place section of the continuous rigid frame side span of high piers,it is necessary to formulate a technical plan for the prestressed counterweight of the cast-in-place section of the continuous rigid frame side span of high piers.With the junction pier as the fulcrum,vertical prestressed bars are installed on the opposite side of the cast-in-place section of the side span to offset the unbalanced bending moment by controlling the prestressed force.This article takes the Huangpu Expressway Luohe Bridge as the engineering background.The upper end of the vertical prestressed steel bars is anchored on the pier top and the lower end is anchored on the bridge pier cap.The weight change during the pouring process of the cast-in-place section is calculated based on the principle of moment balance and requires symmetrical application.The prestressing force is then tensioned in stages to balance the unbalanced bending moment of the side span concrete pouring.This technology was successfully applied on site,ensuring construction safety and having certain engineering reference value for similar bridge construction.
