摘　　要：育人育才是高校办学治校工作的出发点。“就业育人”是高校院(系)层面衡量“实践育人”效度的抓手。本文通过探索高校院(系)“三结合”就业育人模式,为“三全育人”综合改革提供了可转化、可推广的实践范式。Educating talents is the starting point of university management.Employment Education is a way to measure"Practical Education".We explores the"three combination"employment education mode in colleges(departments).The author provides a practical paradigm that can be transformed and promoted for the comprehensive reform of"Three-wide Education".
