摘　　要：地域特色文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,对其进行保护传承或通过数据库、服务平台对之进行开发利用是图书馆的重要职责。陕西是中华优秀传统商业文化的重要发祥地之一,秦商文化构成了陕西独特的商业文化资源。西安财经大学图书馆依托学校与秦商总会开展战略合作,计划利用Java6.0、ApacheTomcat7开发平台以及动态情报采集分析系统、企业信息导航服务系统、科研成果数据分析系统等,建设集文献数字资源服务、学科建设服务、新型智库服务和企业情报服务“四位一体”的秦商情报信息服务平台,在传承和发展陕西地域特色文化、促进社会资本与高校“智本”的互联互通、推动地域经济社会发展、培育图书馆数字化转型发展新动能等方面作出了积极探索。As an important component of Chinese outstanding traditional culture,the protection and inheritance of regional characteristic culture or its development and utilization through the construction of databases and service platforms is an important responsibility of libraries.Shaanxi is one of the important birthplaces of Chinese excellent traditional commercial culture,and the culture of Qin merchants constitutes a unique commercial cultural resource in Shaanxi.The library of Xi'an University of Finance and Economics(XUFE)is relying on XUFE to have a strategic cooperation with the General Association of Qin Merchants,plans to utilize Java6.0,Apache Tomcat7 development platform as well as dynamic intelligence collection and analysis system,enterprise information navigation service system,research achievement data analysis system,etc.,to build a four-in-one Intelligence Information Service Platform on the Qin Merchants that integrates literature digital resource service,discipline construction service,new think tank service and enterprise intelligence service.It has made positive exploration in the inheritance and development of Shaanxi's regional characteristics and culture,promoting the interconnection of social capital and university"intellectual capital",promoting the economic and social development of the region,and fostering a new momentum for the development of digital transformation of libraries.
