摘 要:基于轨道车辆轻量化的发展需求,制动系统部件采取更高强度材料替代原有材料成为新的研究方向,但高强度铸造件自身带来的铸造缺陷等问题需要通过修补性方式做处理。文中以机车车辆用E级钢材料的液压制动夹钳部件作为载体,通过对焊补后的夹钳托架进行理论和试验分析,来论证焊补对E级钢铸造件的强度影响,为后续E级钢作为关键承载铸造件的应用提供了一定的参考依据。Based on the development demand of lightweight rail vehicles,the replacement of brake system components with higher-strength materials has become a new research direction,but the casting defects caused by high-strength castings themselves need to be dealt with in a repairable way.In this paper,the hydraulic brake caliper components of E-grade steel used in railway car are used as the carrier,through theoretical and experimental analysis of the caliper bracket after welding repair,to demonstrate the influence of welding repair on the strength of E-grade casting steel,for the follow-up application of E-grade steel as a key load-bearing casting provides a certain reference basis.
