摘 要:接触线的平顺性直接影响弓网受流质量和弓网运行安全性。为了维持弓网之间有效的高速滑动摩擦,必须保证接触线的高度平顺性。基于受电弓滑板加速度的检测方法是检测接触线短波不平顺存在的有效方法。通过接触网短波不平顺的种类、特征、产生原因分析,研究接触线不平顺检测方法和管理评价标准,以保证接触线的平顺性,提升弓网受流性能及延长弓网使用寿命。通过现场检测试验数据案例分析,论证接触网的短波不平顺判断依据—可基于一段时间内接触线垂向振动的幅值、标准差、振动过程的加速度最大值等统计特性;分析加速度测量波形图可得出缺陷为局部不平顺还是接触线张力不均的结论。In order to maintain effective sliding contact between the pantograph and catenary,it is critical to ensure the regularity of the contact wire.Contact wire regularity has a direct impact on the current collection process and the safety of pantograph-catenary system operation.The method based on measuring the acceleration of pantograph sliding plates is an effective way for short-wave contact wire irregularity.The characteristics and root-causes of various types of short-wave contact wire irregularity are discussed in this document,as well as the specific detection method used and the standards for contact wire irregularity.The data obtained from the field is analyzed as well.The goal is to ensure that there would be no contact wire irregularity issues so that current collection process could be benefited and the lifespan of pantograph-catenary systems could be improved.The results show that the short-wave irregularity could be identified based on statistical characteristics such as the amplitude,standard deviation of the vertical vibration of the contact wire and the maxi-mum acceleration values of the vibration.The graphical analysis of the acceleration data could be used determine whether the defect is a local hard spot or caused by unevenness of the catenary.
