摘  要:结合我国动车组修程修制优化工作,选取某型和谐号动车组高级修周期上限由132万km延长到145万km的试验验证数据,统计分析验证动车组高级修周期延长后的性能和状态,结果表明:检修周期延长后,整体故障率水平与延长前基本相当,各跟踪部件延长运用期间状态总体正常,延长进入高级修后的性能和状态基本良好,同时也出现了因检修周期延长导致的润滑油脂金属含量增加、减振器阻尼力超限比例增多、转向架橡胶节点刚度增大等变化趋势。Combined with the optimization work of EMU maintenance system in China,based on the test data of a certain type of EMU which high-level maintenance cycle extending from 1.32 million kilometers to 1.45 million kilometers,the statistical analysis of the per-formance and state of the maintenance cycle-extended EMU shows that,the overall fault rate of EMU is basically equivalent to the lev-el before maintenance cycle extending,the state of the tracking components is generally normal during the maintenance cycle extension,and the performance and state of the tracking components is basically good during the maintenance process.At the same time,the statis-tical data also shows increased metal content in the lubricating oil,increased ratio of unqualified damper for damping force over-limit,and increased stiffness of rubber nodes on the bogie.
