政产学研视域下南充市生命科学协同创新发展路径研究

摘　　要：科技创新在推动科研、技术进步和产业变革中具有重要地位,是提升综合国力的关键驱动环节。本文基于南充市生命科学政产学研的现状,以南充市政府、高校、科研院所等为研究对象,探讨南充市生命科学政产学研一体化协同创新发展路径,提出加强政策支持、深化科研合作、创新氛围营造、人才引进与留住、资金投入增加、成果转化和知识产权保护等建议,以期为南充市生命科学协同创新发展提供借鉴和思考。Playing a significant role in promoting scientific research,technological advancement and industrial transformation,scientific and technological innovation is the key driving force to promote the overall national strength.Based on the status quo of government-industry-academy-research of life science in Nanchong city,this paper takes the government,higher institutions and research institutes in Nanchong as the research objects to explore the collaborative innovation development path of the city’s government-industry-academy-research integration for life science.Suggestions such as strengthening policy support,deepening scientific research collaboration,creating innovative atmosphere,introducing and retaining talents,increasing capital investment,transforming achievements and protecting intellectual property rights etc.are proposed,so as to provide reference and thinking for Nanchong’s collaborative innovation of life science.
