庞庄水库除险加固工程橡胶坝施工方案探析

摘　　要：橡胶坝主要由柔性薄壁结构的坝袋和混凝土基础底板组合而成,橡胶坝挡水高度越高,坝袋所承受的拉力越大,对橡胶坝坝袋及基础底板质量控制要求越严格。坝袋的损坏是造成橡胶坝失事的最主要原因,因此橡胶坝坝袋与基础底板的安装锚固直接影响橡胶坝整体的安全运行。结合庞庄水库溢洪道橡胶坝施工特点,从泵站设计、底板改造、坝袋锚固安装、水泵泵型选择等方面对橡胶坝施工方法进行论述,提出了施工全过程的质量控制要点,并以此对橡胶坝安装质量进行控制。Rubber dams are mainly composed of flexible thin-walled structure dam bags and concrete foundation soleplates.The higher the water retaining height of rubber dams,the greater the tensile force that the dam bags bear,and the stricter the quality control requirements for rubber dam bags and foundation soleplates.The damage of the dam bag is the main cause of rubber dam accidents,so the installation and anchoring of the rubber dam bag and the foundation bottom plate directly affect the overall safe operation of the rubber dam.Combined with the construction characteristics of the rubber dam of Pangzhuang Reservoir Spillway,the construction method of the rubber dam was discussed from the aspects of pump station design,bottom plate reconstruction,dam bag anchor installation,pump type selection,etc.,and the quality control points of the whole construction process were proposed,so as to control the installation quality of the rubber dam.
