路面改造工程中薄层沥青铺装工艺研究

摘　　要：为了进一步提升路面改造工程施工水平,解决传统施工存在的问题,需要对薄层沥青铺装工艺进行深入研究。根据传统薄层沥青铺装施工中压实度不足、路面凹凸不平等方面的问题,明确施工重点及难点。在工艺技术改革中,将薄层沥青铺装工艺从施工前准备、原料调配、混合料输送、混合料摊铺、螺旋布料器结构等进行改进和优化,最大程度提升施工质量,加快施工进度,在保证工程项目顺利完成的同时,提升施工单位的经济效益。In order to further improve the construction level of pavement renovation projects and solve the problems existing in traditional construction,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the thin layer asphalt pavement technology.Based on the problems of insufficient compaction and uneven surface roughness in traditional thin layer asphalt pavement construction,clarify the construction focus and difficulties.In the process technology reform,the thin layer asphalt pavement process is improved and optimized from pre-construction preparation,raw material allocation,mixture transportation,mixture paving,spiral distributor structure,etc.,to maximize construction quality,accelerate construction progress,ensure the smooth completion of engineering projects,and enhance the economic benefits of construction units.
