摘  要:为了解决京盛煤矿副斜井提升机电控系统设备落后、安全性能不高等问题,将变频器控制技术应用于绞车提升系统,以保障提升机安全、可靠运行。矿区原副斜井提升机使用了串电阻调压调速,而串电阻调压方式存在调速不均匀、电动机容易发热、功率较大、对电压的冲击较大,且设备运行和维护成本较高的缺点。变频器调压方式能够对提升机进行无级调压控制,利用PLC控制系统就能够实现自动控制,减少了电源发热,降低了能源损耗,减少了因频繁启动造成的设备故障,并且具有设备维修简单和费用低等特点。对变频器控制技术应用于煤矿进行了相关研究,应用该技术大大提高了系统的安全性。In order to solve the problems of outdated equipment and low safety performance in the electrical control system of the auxiliary inclined shaft hoist in Jingsheng Coal Mine,the frequency converter control technology is pre applied to the winch hoisting system to promote the safe and reliable operation of the hoist in our mine.We are conducting relevant research on the application of frequency converter control technology in coal mines.Our mine’s original auxiliary inclined shaft hoist used series resistance voltage regulation for speed regulation.The series resistance voltage regulation method has the disadvantages of uneven speed regulation,easy heating of the motor,high power,significant voltage impact,and high equipment operation and maintenance costs.The frequency converter voltage regulation method can perform stepless voltage regulation control on the hoist.By using a PLC control system,automatic control can be achieved,reducing power heating,energy loss,and equipment failures caused by frequent start-up.It also has the characteristics of simple equipment maintenance and low cost.
