摘 要:根据城市大脑方法论的理念,对现有救护车调度系统进行优化和服务体系设计,以提高紧急医疗响应的效率和质量。通过引入“城市大脑”的理念,利用服务设计工具,以用户为中心,提出大数据背景下的资源数据整合模式,确定改进策略。将服务设计的思维运用到救护车调度系统中,提供了一套智能化的解决方案。同时,基于“城市大脑”的理念,救护调度车系统的服务体系可以显著提升急救效率,从而最大程度地保障人民群众的生命和健康,为以后救护车系统设计提供了新的思路和参考。According to the concept of urban brain methodology,the existing ambulance dispatching system was optimized and the service system was designed to improve the efficiency and quality of emergency medical response.By introducing the concept of“urban brain”,using service design tools and taking the user as the center,the resource data integration model under the background of big data is proposed and the improvement strategy is determined.The thinking of service design is applied to the ambulance dispatching system,and a set of intelligent solution is provided.At the same time,based on the concept of“urban brain”,the service system of the ambulance dispatching vehicle system can significantly improve the emergency efficiency,so as to protect the life and health of the people to the greatest extent.It provides a new idea and reference for the future design of ambulance system.
