摘　　要：选取2012—2021年中国沪深A股上市公司为样本,运用OLS多元回归模型,结合倾向得分匹配法(PSM)实证检验了高管学术经历对企业可持续发展的具体效应,以及在不同产权性质和管理者权力情境下,高管学术经历对企业可持续发展的差异性影响。结果表明:高管学术经历能够提升企业可持续发展能力,国有产权和管理者权力强化了高管学术经历对企业可持续发展的正向作用。研究结论对充分发挥管理者才能和推动企业稳步发展提供参考。Selecting Chinese A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2021 as samples,used OLS multiple regression model and propensity score matching(PSM)to empirically test the specific effect of executive academic experience on sustainable development of enterprises,as well as the differential impact of executive academic experience on sustainable development of enterprises under different nature ofproperty rights and managerial power scenarios.The results showthat executive academic experience can enhance the sustainable development ability of enterprises,and state-owned property rights and managerial power strengthen the positive role of executive academic experience in the sustainable development of enterprises.The research conclusion provides a reference forfully leveraging the talents of managers and promoting the steady development of enterprises.
