摘 要:为验证采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定叶菜类蔬菜中总砷、铅含量的准确性与可靠性,根据GB 5009.268—2016第一法的操作要求,对该方法的线性、定量限、精密度及准确度进行了检验。结果表明,总砷和铅在线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限分别为0.0002 mg·kg^(-1)和0.007 mg·kg^(-1),样品加标回收率分别为92.5%~109.5%和91.0%~116.8%,精密度分别为0.2%~0.4%和0.4%~0.8%,符合标准GB/T 27404—2008要求,说明本实验室能开展此方法的检测。To verify the accuracy and reliability of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)for the determination of total arsenic and lead content in leafy vegetables,the linearity,limit of quantification,precision,and accuracy of the method were tested according to the operational requirements of the first method in GB 5009.268—2016.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between total arsenic and lead within the linear range,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999,the detection limits were 0.0002 mg·kg^(-1) and 0.007 mg·kg^(-1),the recovery rates of the sample were 92.5%~109.5%and 91.0%~116.8%,the precision was 0.2%~0.4%and 0.4%~0.8%,meets the requirements of the standard GB/T 27404—2008,indicating that our laboratory can carry out the detection of this method.
