摘  要:为降低配电网运行数据的传输时延,避免网络通信时延导致配电网差动保护发生误动作,提出基于边缘计算的配电网5G差动保护方法。以时延最小化为目标,构建5G通信时延模型,获取满足约束条件的最优时延解;计算两个电流序列,并设定电流突变量启动判据阈值,实现配电网差动保护。测试结果表明:数据窗口大小为30ms时,该方法能够在较小的时延下,快速完成差动保护的响应;可靠识别配电网中的故障情况,在12ms内完成相电流突变量的计算,同时能够在17ms内完成断路器动作,避免发生误动作。In order to reduce the transmission delay of distribution network operation data and avoid mis-operation of distribution network differential protection caused by network communication delay,a 5G differential protection method based on edge calculation is proposed.With the delay minimization being as the goal,the 5G communication delay model is constructed to obtain the optimal time delay solution satisfying the constraints.Then,the differential protection of distribution network is realized by calculating two current sequences and setting the starting criterion threshold of current sudden variable.The test results show that when the data window size is 30ms,this method can quickly complete the response of differential protection with small time delay.Besides,the calculation of phase current sudden change can be completed within 12ms,and the action of circuit breaker can be completed within 17ms by identifying the fault situation in the distribution network to avoid misoperation.
