摘 要:为了提高多楔带轮预成形过程中旋轮的使用寿命,利用DEFORM软件对多楔带轮预成形过程进行数值仿真,分析了主轴转速、旋轮进给速度、旋轮半径对预成形过程中毛坯的等效应力应变以及成形载荷的影响规律,通过正交试验法得到了旋压工艺参数对旋轮成形载荷的影响顺序,并得出优化方案。试验表明,旋轮的成形载荷减少了51 kN,验证了有限元仿真模拟算法的可靠性。In order to improve the service life of the spinning wheel in the preforming process of multi-wedge pulley,this paper uses DEFORM software to numerically simulate the preforming process of multi-wedge pulley,and analyzes the influence law of spindle speed,feed speed of spinning wheel and radius of spinning wheel on the equivalent force strain and forming load of the blank in the preforming process,and obtains the influence order of spinning process parameters on forming load of spinning wheel by orthogonal test method,and the optimized solution was obtained.The optimized solution was tested,and the forming load of the spinning wheel was reduced by 51 kN,which verified the reliability of the finite element simulation algorithm.
