摘  要:某公司蜡油加氢装置主汽提塔在运行期间发生塔壁腐蚀穿孔泄漏,腐蚀穿孔部位为汽提塔进料段下方塔壁,为检查塔内腐蚀情况,研究腐蚀原因,对装置进行停工检修。对汽提塔进行检修后发现,腐蚀严重部位呈阶梯状分布,进料分布管腐蚀穿孔,汽提塔第9~11层塔盘和连接件均发生严重腐蚀,塔壁表面不平整,有大面积白色、绿色或褐色沉积物覆盖。使用晶相分析、物相分析等方法对腐蚀样本进行分析,并结合塔内物料、温度等参数,判断塔内发生的腐蚀类型为氯化铵垢下腐蚀和湿硫化氢腐蚀。采用修正工艺参数、腐蚀部位修复、内件材质升级等方法,可有效减少塔内腐蚀情况发生,保证装置安全生产。The main stripper tower of a company′s wax oil hydrotreating unit was leaking during corrosion perforation during operation,and the corrosion perforation location was at the lower tower wall of the feed section of the stripper tower.In order to check the corrosion in the tower and study the cause of the corrosion,the unit was shut down for overhauling.After the overhaul of the stripper tower,it was found that the serious corrosion area was distributed in a step-like manner,the feed distribution pipe was perforated due to corrosion,the 9~11th layers of the stripper tower discs and connectors were seriously corroded,and the surface of the tower wall was uneven,with a large area covered by white,green or brown deposits.Crystallographic analysis,phase analysis and other methods were used to analyze the corrosion samples,and determine that the type of corrosion occurring in the tower was the corrosion under the ammonium chloride scale and wet hydrogen sulphide corrosion in combination with the material in the tower,temperature and other parameters.By adopting the methods such as correcting process parameters,repairing corroded areas and upgrading materials of internal parts,the occurrence of corrosion in the tower can be effectively reduced,thus the safe production of the plant was ensured.
