摘　　要：利用数字经济缩小城乡收入差距是使农民群体共享数字经济发展成果的关键,也是实现共同富裕的应有之义。本文基于2015—2020年省级面板数据,检验数字经济对城乡收入差距的影响,探究其作用机制、空间溢出效应及门槛效应。研究发现:数字经济在发展前期能促进城乡收入差距收敛,但在发展后期随着城乡数字鸿沟凸显,数字经济反而会加剧城乡收入差距;数字经济能影响农业劳动生产率和城镇化进程,进而作用于城乡收入差距;数字经济具有空间溢出效应,能促进周边地区的城乡收入差距收敛;农民人力资本投资提高有利于增强数字经济加快城镇化和缩小城乡收入差距的作用。据此,提出制定差异化发展战略、构建数据要素共享体系、提高农民人力资本等相关政策建议。Using the digital economy to narrow the urban-rural income gap is the key to enabling farmers to share digital develop-ment achievements and the due meaning of achieving common wealth.Based on the provincial panel data from 2015 to 2020,this paper examines the digital economy’s impact on the urban-rural income gap and discusses its internal mechanism,spillover effects,and threshold effects.The results show that in the early stages of development,the digital economy can do effectively to the conver-gence of the urban-rural income gap.Yet,with the urban-rural digital divide exposed in the later stages of development,the digital economy will exacerbate the gap.The digital economy can act on the urban-rural income gap by affecting agricultural labor produc-tivity and urbanization.The digital economy has significant spillover effects that can effectively narrow the urban-rural income gap in surrounding areas.Increasing farmers’human capital investment can enhance the digital economy’s effects on accelerating urban-ization and narrowing the income gap.Based on this,the paper proposes relevant policy suggestions such as formulating a differenti-ated development strategy,building a data element sharing system,and improving farmers’human capital.
