摘　　要：当前,质量与责任在新媒体科学传播中的作用越来越重要,通过对科学传播过程中质量与责任的相关理论分析,探究新媒体进步和变革为科学传播环境与行为带来的巨大影响。梳理出新媒体科学传播面临着信息质量与准确度低、科学传播主体责任伦理缺失、科学传播制度的缺陷与社会因素的相互影响等方面的问题与挑战。以传播学领域注重运用数字媒体技术解决科学传播实际问题为视角,从技术和理论双重演化逻辑提出应加强数字新媒体的动态化管理,实现内容信息增值与传播质量的提高,优化融合机制设计,科学设计新媒体融合评估体系,全面重构科学传播责任伦理,以期为新的科学知识打造智慧化传播平台及相关研究提供理论线索和实践参考,进而实现数字媒体时代下科学传播的建设性发展。At present,the role of quality and responsibility in new media science communication is becoming more and more im-portant.Through the relevant theoretical analysis of quality and responsibility in science communication,we explore the significant impact of new media progress and changes on the science communication environment and behavior.It sorted out the problems and challenges new media science communication faces regarding low information quality and accuracy,the lack of responsibility and ethics of scientific communication subjects,and the interaction between the defects of science communication system and social factors.From the perspective of the field of communication focusing on the use of digital media technology to solve practical problems in scientific communication,and from the dual evolution logic of technology and theory,it is proposed that the dynamic management of digital new media should be strengthened to achieve the value-added of content information and improvement of communication quality,and optimize the design of the integration mechanism.It also needs to scientifically design the new media integration evalua-tion system and comprehensively reconstruct the responsibility ethics of scientific communication,which is expected to provide an intelligent communication platform for new scientific knowledge and theoretical clues and practical reference for relevant research,and thereby achieve the constructive development of scientific communication in the digital media era.
