摘  要:胎圈钢丝用C82DA盘条存在拉拔断丝率高、平均弯曲值低等问题。顶吹转炉通过“双渣+低温出钢+高拉碳”工艺,特别是采取特殊的熔池全过程强制冷却制度,达到转炉终点钢水w(C)≥0.60%的条件下,w(P)≤0.008%出钢,满足C82DA成分控制要求。转炉使用含铝低的Mn-Si合金,精炼炉使用低铝Fe-Si,将钢中全铝控制在10×10^(-6)以下,有效改善C82DA非金属夹杂物大小和形态。连铸凝固末端电磁搅拌、低过热度浇铸以及二冷强冷等技术应用,确保盘条金相组织中索氏体化率达到85%以上。对连铸过程控氧控氮,将钢中w(O)、w(N)控制在20×10^(-6)以内,降低AlN及TiN夹杂物,C82DA钢的洁净度提高对改善质量效果明显。确保了在现有工艺装备条件下生产的C82DA盘条满足用户要求。C82DA wire rod used for bead wire has problems such as high wire breakage rate during drawing and low average bending value.Top blown converter adopts double slag+low-temperature tapping+high carbon drawing process,especially adopting special forced cooling system throughout entire process of molten pool,to achieve condition of tapping steel at converter endpoint with w(C)≥0.60%and w(P)≤0.008%,meeting requirements of C82DA composition control.Converter uses Mn-Si alloy with low aluminum content,while refining furnace uses low aluminum Fe-Si to control total aluminum in steel below 10×10^(-6),effectively improving size and morphology of C82DA non-metallic inclusions.The application of technologies such as electromagnetic stirring at solidification end of continuous casting,low superheat casting,and secondary cooling and strong cooling ensures that sorbite transformation rate of wire rod microstructure reaches over 85%.Control oxygen and nitrogen during continuous casting process,and control w(O)and w(N)in the steel below 20×10^(-6),reducing AlN and TiN inclusions and improving C82DA steel cleanliness have significant effect on improving quality.Ensure that C82DA produced under existing process equipment conditions meets user needs.
