摘 要:对GCr15轴承套圈表面产生的“黑点”缺陷进行分析,明确了缺陷产生的原因,并通过模拟试验,确定套圈产生缺陷的具体工序。结果表明:缺陷为轴承套圈表面的腐蚀凹坑,造成缺陷的原因是套圈在车加工后防锈不当,在热处理前产生严重的表面腐蚀。通过对防锈工序的模拟试验,明确了储存环境和储存时间是造成轴承套圈锈蚀的主要因素。通过控制套圈储存方式与时间,库房湿度保持在65%以下,温度保持在5~25℃,用防锈油替代水基防锈液,密封储运,缩短库房滞留时间等措施,成品套圈未再出现同类缺陷。To analyze“Black spot”defect on GCr15 bearing ring surface,cause of defect is clarified,and specific process of ring defect is determined through simulation experiments.Results show that defect is corrosion pit on bearing ring surface.The cause of defect is improper rust prevention of bearing rings after machining,resulting in severe surface corrosion before heat treatment.Through simulation experiments on rust prevention process,it was determined that storage environment and storage time are the main factors causing bearing rings corrosion.By controlling storage method and time of bearing rings,humidity in warehouse was maintained below 65%,and temperature was maintained at 5~25℃.Measures such as replacing water based anti-rust fluid with anti rust oil,sealing storage and transportation,and shortening storage time in warehouse were taken,and no similar defects were found in finished bearing rings.
