基于Scott Triggers评分的分级干预在神经外科患者术中压力性损伤预防中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于Scott Triggers评分的分级干预在神经外科患者术中压力性损伤预防中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年2月我院神经外科收治的102例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取手术室常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取基于Scott Triggers评分的分级干预。比较两组患者术中压力性损伤发生率。结果:两组患者年龄、体质指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)、手术时间、麻醉分级比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术中压力性损伤发生率(3.9%)明显低于对照组术中压力性损伤发生率(19.6%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论:基于Scott Triggers评分的分级干预可有效预防神经外科患者术中压力性损伤的发生。Objective:To explore the application effect of graded intervention based on Scott Triggers score in the prevention of intraoperative stress injuries in neurosurgery patients.Methods:A total of 102 patients admitted to neurosurgery department of our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Routine nursing care in operating room was adopted in control group,and on the basis of routine nursing graded intervention based on Scott Triggers score was adopted in observation group.The incidence of intraoperative stress injury was compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in age,BMI,anesthesia grade,operation time and other general data between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of intraoperative stress injury in the observation group(3.9%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(19.6%),with statistical significance(P=0.028).Conclusion:The graded intervention based on Scott Triggers score can effectively prevent the occurrence of intraoperative stress injury in neurosurgery patients.
