摘　　要：支气管哮喘是儿童时期最常见的慢性呼吸道疾病,过敏性哮喘是吸入尘螨、花粉等过敏原所引起的,主要表现为慢性炎症和呼吸道重塑。树突状细胞在过敏性哮喘发病过程中发挥重要作用,树突状细胞不同亚型在尘螨诱导的支气管哮喘中的作用复杂多样。通过研究树突状细胞的作用机制可探索其临床应用的可能性,如通过测定蛋白酶激活受体-2的表达评估过敏性哮喘的严重程度,从而及早干预,因此,研究树突状细胞的作用机制对改进哮喘治疗有重要意义。本文结合近年来国内外相关研究,就树突状细胞不同亚型在尘螨诱导的支气管哮喘中的作用进行综述。Bronchial asthma is the most common chronic respiratory disease in childhood.Allergic asthma is caused by inhaling allergens such as dust mites and pollen,mainly manifested as chronic inflammation and respiratory tract reconstruction.Dendritic cells play an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic asthma.The role of different subtypes of dendritic cells in dust mite induced bronchial asthma is complex and diverse.The study of the mechanism of action of dendritic cells can provide new value for clinical work,such as assessing the severity of allergic asthma by measuring the expression of PAR-2,so as to carry out early intervention.It is of great significance to study the mechanism of action of dendritic cells to improvethe treatment of asthma.This article reviews the related literature at home and abroad in recent years.
