摘　　要：目的:了解江西省医疗机构超声医学专业质量情况,为提高江西省超声医学质量管理提供参考建议。方法:分析2017—2019年江西省不同级别、类型公立医院超声诊断符合率、超声危急值报告数、住院超声检查平均预约时间及超声队伍学历职称分布等数据。结果:二级专科医院超声危急值报告数均低于二级综合医院,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二级专科医院超声诊断率和住院超声检查平均预约时间与二级综合医院差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三级综合医院和三级专科医院的超声诊断符合率、超声危急值报告数和住院超声检查平均预约时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各地级市医院的超声诊断符合率、超声危急值报告数和住院超声检查平均预约时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三级综合各公立医院超声医学科(室)高级职称医师占比均较低,学历以学士及学士以下为主。结论:江西省各地市医院超声医师队伍、质量与服务发展不均衡,从业人员学历低,应加强江西省超声医师人力资源建设和超声专业能力的培训。Objective:To understand the quality of ultrasound medicine in medical institutions in Jiangxi Province and provide references for improving the quality management of ultrasound medicine in Jiangxi Province.Methods:A comparative analysis was conducted on the ultrasound diagnostic compliance rate,number of ultrasound critical value reports,average appointment time for inpatient ultrasound examinations,and distribution of educational qualifications and professional titles of ultrasound teams in public hospitals of different levels and types in Jiangxi Province from 2017 to 2019.Results:The number of ultrasound critical value reports in secondary specialized hospitals was lower than that in secondary comprehensive hospitals,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the ultrasound diagnosis rate and average appointment time for inpatient ultrasound examinations between secondary specialized hospitals and secondary comprehensive hospitals(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis,the number of ultrasound critical value reports,and the average appointment time for inpatient ultrasound examinations between tertiary comprehensive hospitals and tertiary specialized hospitals.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis,the number of ultrasound critical value reports,and the average appointment time for inpatient ultrasound examinations among hospitals of prefecture-level cities.The proportion of senior title physicians in the ultrasound medical departments(rooms)of various public tertiary hospitals was relatively low,and their educational qualifications were mainly bachelor's degree and below.Conclusion:The development of ultrasound physician teams,quality,and services in hospitals across various cities in Jiangxi Province is uneven,and the education level of practitioners is low.It is proposed to strengthen the construction of ultrasound physician human re
