摘 要:目的:探讨县级医院的超声医学质量控制管理对超声检查质量的影响。方法:纳入2019年1月至12月江西省兴国县人民医院超声科检查的门诊及住院患者120例为研究对象,其中2019年1月至6月就诊的60例患者为对照组,2019年7月至12月就诊的60例患者为观察组。对照组患者未实施质量控制管理,观察组患者进行超声医学质量控制管理,比较两组患者检查总用时及满意情况、超声检查后临床医师满意情况等。结果:观察组患者检查总用时(22.12±6.18)min低于对照组(27.43±7.24)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者满意度(98.33%)优于对照组(86.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床医师满意度(96.67%)优于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基层医院的超声医学质量控制管理能够显著缩短患者超声检查总用时,提升患者满意度,优化超声检查后临床医师满意情况。Objective:To investigate the influence of ultrasound medical quality control and management in county-level hospitals on the quality of ultrasound examinations.Methods:A total of 120 outpatients and inpatients admitted to Xingguo People's Hospital in Jiangxi Province were included.They underwent ultrasound examinations in the department of ultrasound from January to December 2019.Among them,60 cases from January to June 2019 were included in the control group,and 60 cases from July to December 2019 were included in the observation group.The control group did not implement quality control management,while the observation group implemented ultrasound medical quality control management.The indicators such as the total examination time and patient satisfaction,clinical physician satisfaction satisfaction after ultrasound examination between the two groups were compared and analysed.Results:The total examination time in the observation group(22.12±6.18)min was significantly lower than that in the control group(27.43±7.24)min,with statistical significance(P<0.001).The patient satisfaction in the observation group(98.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.67%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The clinical physician satisfaction in the observation group(96.67%)was significantly better than that in the control group(83.33%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound medical quality control management in primary hospitals can significantly shorten the total examination time for patients,improve patient satisfaction,and optimize the clinical physician's satisfaction with the results.
