摘  要:用狭叶方竹1~2年生竹鞭开展埋鞭育苗试验。竹鞭类型设置附有1、2、3、4个侧芽4种,育苗土壤类型设置林下土、旱地土、稻田土3种,研究竹鞭类型和土壤类型对埋鞭育苗效果的影响。结果表明,不同竹鞭类型和土壤类型对出苗率和苗木生长指标的影响差异性不显著,但总体上表现为竹鞭侧芽越多,出苗率越高,苗木长势越好。狭叶方竹埋鞭育苗建议用附有10个以上饱满侧芽、长15 cm以上的竹鞭,埋鞭时先将竹鞭段放入清水中浸泡5 h,再用生根粉及消毒液进行浸泡和消毒,同时在埋鞭后对苗圃进行精细管理,可以获得较好的育苗效果。Seedling breeding experiment is carried out with rhizome of 1-2-year-old Chimonobambusa angustifolia.Four types of bamboo rhizome,respectively with 1,2,3,and 4 lateral buds,and three types of soil including forest soil,dryland soil,and paddy soil are selected to study the effects of the types of bamboo rhizome and soil on the effectiveness of seedling breeding with rhizome segments.The results show that there is no significant difference in the effects of different types of bamboo rhizome and soil on emergence rate and growth indicators of seedlings,but generally the more lateral buds on rhizome there are,the higher the emergence rate is and the better the seedlings grow.It is recommended to use rhizome segments with more than 10 full lateral buds and a length of more than 15 cm for Ch.angustifolia seedling breeding.Before planting the rhizome segments,put them in clean water for 5 hours,and then soak and disinfect them with rooting powder and disinfectant.After the planting,targeted management measures should be taken for the nursery to achieve better breeding results.
