摘 要:文章旨在研究中草药饲料添加剂对鸡精液品质、生长性能和血液生化参数的影响。试验将150只体重相近、健康状况良好的青年鸡随机分为6组,每组5个重复,每个重复5只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,而试验A、B、C、D、E组分别饲喂0.5‰、1.0‰、1.5‰、2‰的中草药饲料添加剂。预饲期10d,正试期60d,试验为期70d。经过多项生物统计分析后,结果表明,在射精量、精子密度、精液pH以及精子畸形率等方面,中草药饲料添加剂组显著优于对照组。血液生理生化指标也表现出明显改善,尤其是在1.0‰添加剂量的组别中表现最为显著。在生长性能指标上,饲喂中草药饲料添加剂的试验组生长性能和饲料转化率显著优于对照组。综上所述,本研究证实了中草药饲料添加剂在提升鸡精液品质,优化血液生理生化指标方面具有积极效应,其中1.0‰的添加剂水平效果最佳。This experiment investigated the effect of herbal feed additives on chicken semen quality,growth performance and blood biochemical parameters.A total of 150 chickens of similar weight and good health were selected and randomly assigned to six different experimental groups,each containing five replicates,each consisting of five chickens.The control group did not receive any additives and was fed the basic diet,while the experimental groups A,B,C,D and E were fed 0.5‰,1.0‰,1.5‰and 2‰,respectively.The pre-experimental period is 10 days,the formal experimental period is 60 days,and the total test time is 70 days.After several biostatistical analysis,the results showed that the experimental group fed with herbal feed additive performed significantly better than the control group in terms of ejaculation amount,sperm density,semen pH,and sperm malformation rate.Blood physiological and biochemical indexes also showed significant improvement,especially in the group of 1.0‰additive volume.In terms of the growth performance index,the growth performance and feed conversion rate of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group.Overall,this study confirmed that Chinese herbal feed additives had positive effects in improving the quality of chicken semen and optimizing blood physiological and biochemical indexes,with the additive concentration of 1.0‰performing the best.
