摘 要:文章旨在探究不同水平全株玉米青贮料对肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率及瘤胃发酵参数的影响。试验将100头日龄相近、体重相近(360.15±12 kg)的西门塔尔肉公牛随机分成4组,每组25个重复,每个重复1头牛,试验1、2、3、4组分别使用0、40%、60%、80%全株玉米青贮饲料替代基础日粮中的玉米秸秆,预饲期7 d,试验期90 d。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组平均日增重较1组分别显著提高22.6%、25.5%(P<0.05),料重比较1组比显著降低12.3%、13.9%(P<0.05);(2)试验3、4组粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维较1组比分别显著提高11.3%、12.9%、24.4%、26.3%、22.1%、26.4%(P<0.05);(3)试验3、4组总挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸丙酸较1组分别显著提高11.7%、12.4%、15.5%、16.6%、25.6%、26.0%(P<0.05)。综上所述,用60%和80%的全株玉米青贮料替代玉米秸秆可以提高肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率与瘤胃发酵性能。To investigate the effects of adding different levels of whole plant corn silage on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and rumen fermentation parameters of beef cattle.In the experiment,100 Simmental beef bulls with similar age and weight(360.15±12kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups.Each Simmental bull was used as a repeating group,with 25 replicates in each group.Groups 1,2,3,and 4 were fed with 0,40%,60%,and 80%whole plant corn silage instead of corn straw in the basic diet.The pre experiment lasted for 7 days and the experimental period was 90 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain of Group 3 and Group 4 was significantly increased by 22.6%and 25.5%(P<0.05)compared to Group 1,respectively,and their material weight was significantly reduced by 12.3%and 13.9%(P<0.05)compared to Group 1;(2)The crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,and acidic detergent fiber of groups 3 and 4 were significantly increased by 11.3%,12.9%,24.4%,26.3%,22.1%,and 26.4%compared to group 1,respectively(P<0.05);(3)The total volatile fatty acids and acetic acid propionic acid in groups 3 and 4 of the experiment were significantly increased by 11.7%,12.4%,15.5%,16.6%,25.6%,and 26.0%compared to group 1,respectively(P<0.05).In summary,adding 60%and 80%of the whole plant corn silage can improve the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and rumen fermentation performance of beef cattle.
