摘  要:介绍了在水泥-石灰-粉煤灰蒸压加气砌块中,以含钛矿渣微粉替代部分水泥进行工艺创新的研究与实践。为了改善制品性能和降低生产成本,在蒸压加气砌块生产中,使用首钢水钢含钛矿渣磨细微粉进行工艺创新研究和试验,通过工艺攻关和小改小革,并经过3万多m3的批量生产,达到了很好效果。实践表明,在使用含钛矿渣微粉替代40%水泥时,产品密度608kg/m3,强度4.3MPa,质量明显提升,成本也明显下降,实现了预期目标任务。同时,形成了掺含钛矿渣微粉蒸压加气砌块新工艺,该工艺开拓了含钛矿渣资源综合利用途径,应用前景广阔,有助于推动低碳经济发展。This paper introduces the research and practice of technological innovation in cement-lime-fly ash autoclaved aerated block,in which titanium-containing slag powder replaces part of cement.In order to im⁃prove the product performance and reduce the production cost,in the production of autoclaved aerated block,the technological innovation research and experiment of using titanium-containing slag of Shougang to grind fine powder are carried out,and good results are achieved through technological research and small leather change,and after mass production of more than 30 thousand cubic meters.Practice has proved that when 40%cement is replaced by titanium-containing slag powder,the product density is 608 kg/m3,the strength is 4.3 MPa,the quality is obviously improved,and the cost is also obviously reduced,thus achieving the expected goal and task.At the same time,a new technology of autoclaved aerated block mixed with titanium slag powder is formed.This process opens up a comprehensive utilization way of titanium-bearing slag resources,and has broad application prospects,which is helpful to promote the development of low-carbon economy.
