生态修复型全域土地综合整治实践与思考——以古田县鹤塘镇为例

摘　　要：针对资源开发型地区生态环境遭受严重破坏,以及在生态文明建设背景下产业转型的问题,以古田县鹤塘镇为例,从乡村生态保护修复、农用地整理、基础设施建设及人居环境整治、产业布局与规划4个方面梳理生态修复型全域土地综合整治的实践路径,为该区域乡村振兴提供有力抓手,并对全域土地综合整治未来的发展提出思考与借鉴。In view of the serious damage to the ecological environment in resource-exploiting areas and the problems existed during industrial transformation under the background of ecological civilization,taking Hetang Town in Gutian County as an example,the practical path of comprehensive land consolidation of ecological restoration type is sorted out from four aspects:construction land consolidation,rural ecological protection and restoration,agricultural land consolidation,industrial layout and planning.It provides a strong starting point for rural revitalization in the region and puts forward thoughts and references for the future development of comprehensive land consolidation in the whole region.
