摘　　要：地籍测绘包括地籍调查和地籍测量,通过调查全面掌握调查范围内每个宗地的权属状况、坐落信息及其地上房屋等的基本情况,测量是通过图根点测量、界址点测量和界址边勘丈等方式,解算宗地和房屋的位置、面积信息。以“权属合法、界址清楚、面积准确”为原则,完成调查区域范围内集体建设用地及宅基地的权属调查和地籍测量,同步开展地上房屋及其附属设施和相关地形、地物的调查测绘工作^([1]),其中外业调查和测量部分是保证成果质量的关键。Cadastral surveying and mapping includes cadastral investigation and cadastral survey,through which the ownership status,location information and basic information of structures such as buildings on the ground of each parcel of land within the survey scope can be comprehensively grasped.Surveying calculates the location and area information of parcels of land and houses through mapping,boundary point surveying,and boundary survey.On the base of principles as"legal ownership,clear boundary location and accurate area",to complete the ownership survey and cadastral survey of collective construction land and homestead within the survey area and simultaneously carry out the survey and mapping of above ground houses and their ancillary facilities,as well as related terrain and features.In a final,to establish a cadastral survey database based on the results of field survey and ownership survey.Field survey and measurement are the key to ensuring the quality of the results.
