基于AutoCAD与ArcSDE的规划监督管理数据一张图研究与应用

摘　　要：AutoCAD绘制的规划审批数据量大,无法进行空间查询和分析,不同建设阶段内,规划数据无法进行比较,监管难度大。本文在分析数据建设需求的基础上,介绍系统关键技术,基于AutoCAD与ArcSDE实现规划审批数据批量入库,实现规划审批数据批量入库,完成规划审批数据一张图,通过系统查询规划监督管理数据及其属性信息、分析对比各阶段的技术经济指标,实现图形、文档与多种主要技术经济指标的联动和计算分析,实现图、文、档一体化管理和信息多维度空间展示。The planning approval data drawn by AutoCAD is large and cannot be queried and analyzed in space.In different construction stages,planning data cannot be compared and supervision is difficult.Based on the analysis of data construction requirements,the key technologies to the system are introduced,the bulk storage of planning approval data is realized and a map of planning approval data is completed in this paper.The linkage and calculation analysis of graphics,documents and various major technical and economic indicators are realized by systematically inquiring planning supervision and management data and its attribute information,analyzing and comparing the technical and economic indicators at various stages.In the end,the integrated management of graph,document,file and multi-dimensional spatial display of information are achieved.
