摘  要:本文主要叙述了基于目前“多测合一”背景下如何进行城市基础地理信息增量更新的思路。“多测合一”实施后,原分散在多个管理部门的地理信息数据现集中在一个部门,便于数据的加工处理。本文主要从“多测合一”获取的基础地理信息数据内容,基础地理信息数据更新的主要内容、方法、流程进行了阐述,并结合新型基础测绘对如何提取地理实体属性信息及目前存在的问题及解决思路进行了研究。基于“多测合一”成果进行城市基础地理信息增量更新解决了基础地理信息变化发现及地理实体属性收集难的问题,有效提高了更新效率,并且大大降低了更新投入,具有较广泛的现实意义和推广价值,为城市基础地理信息数据快速更新提供参考。This article mainly describes the idea of how to conduct incremental updates of urban basic geographic information based on the current"multi-measurement integration"background.After the implementation of"multi-measurement integration",the geographic information data that was originally dispersed in multiple management departments was concentrated in one department,making it easier for data processing.This article mainly elaborates on the content of basic geographic information data obtained through the integration of multiple surveys as well as the main content,methods and processes of updating the spatial position of ground objects.It also studies how to extract geographic entity attribute information and the current problems and solutions based on the requirements of new basic surveying and mapping.The incremental update of urban basic geographic information based on the"integration of multiple measurements"has solved the problem of discovering changes in basic geographic information and collecting geographic entity attributes,meanwhile effectively improves update efficiency and greatly reduces update investment.It has broad practical significance and promotion value,providing reference for rapid updates of urban basic geographic information data.
