摘 要:以某钢厂一座退火炉厂房为例,介绍了在高温、高湿复杂环境下,其大型屋面板耐久性剩余使用年限的评估计算流程,并着重阐述了无规范规定时,构件划分值、环境温度、环境湿度等参数取值以及耐久性失效标志的确定方法。评估计算结果表明:理论分析得到的结果与现场实际情况基本一致,其分析方法流程可以用于预测、分析其他项目现场,指导下一步决策。Taking an annealing furnace workshop of a steel plant as an example,this paper introduces the evaluation and calculation process of the remaining service life of its large roof panel durability under the complex environment of high temperature and high humidity,and focuses on the determination method of component division value,am-bient temperature,ambient humidity and other parameters and durability failure sign when there is no specification.The evaluation and calculation results show that the results obtained by theoretical analysis are basically consistent with the actual situation on the site,and the analysis method process can be used to predict and analyze other project sites to guide the next decision.
